This course provides insight into your own personal and professional development as well as how to facilitate the professional development of others including communication styles, understanding people’s needs, and skills to support others achieving their goals. It is designed to help people build confidence and further develop their capability to support and guide others. It’s ideal for those looking to enhance the way they mentor, lead, and support others – whether in structured learning environments or everyday professional settings.
Cost - £60 (£100 non-members)
Length of Programme - Approximately 5 hours.
STA strongly recommend this course is completed in sections / topics rather than within one sitting. This will allow time for the information to be processed, reflected upon and create an opportunity for the theories to be applied within practice. Completing individual sections / topics and applying them in stages will also help to review the effectiveness of these changes.
