Terms and Conditions

Please note: single day conference tickets DO NOT include entrance to the STA Aquatic Excellence Awards on the Friday evening.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• 100% refund if cancelled more than 56 days before the event
• 50% refund if cancelled between 29 and 56 days before the event
• No refund if cancelled 28 days or fewer before the event.
